John Lennon: Lennon Legend & Gimme Some
Truth (2DVD set) Now available in many countries: a 2 DVD set of this previously available titles. What makes those DVDs so special - Lennon Legend is videos of John's greatest solo songs, presented in absolute stunning and crisp picture and unbelievably great 5.1 remixes! The same goes for Gimmie Some Truth which is a documentary on the making of the Imagine album, again remixed into 5.1 sound. And mind you, these are not mock 5.1 remixes. They were all done using the multitrack tapes, at Abbey Road Studios in London, England! Of course, both discs come with lots of bonus stuff.

Each One Believing (book) Photographer Bill Bernstein has been working as Paul's photographer for 15 years. Presented here are the best shots from Paul's 2002/2003 tours, starting right after 9/11, until the legendary concert in Moscow. And these aren't just concert photos - on stage, off stage and backstage says the book title - and there are many special moments captured inside, like meeting Gorbachev, Jack Nicholson or Brian Wilson. Caroline Grimshaw put together all the detailed background information. This book is really extraordinary, I have never seen any book that's been put together so well. If you love Paul, you will definitely need it!

The reproduction of the postcards is supplemented by a revealing text from Ringo explaining the meaning behind the cards and cocumenting the corresponding moments in his life. This visually stunning and intriguing book is, quite simply, a must-have for anyone interested in the story of the Beatles phenomenon. |
