(Updated May 26) The Independent on Sunday (London) reports that Sir Paul has teamed up with remix master, Roy Kerr, to produce a dance album called Twin Freaks set to be released on June 21. Several tracks are currently being played in London clubs and on BBC Radio 1's The Blue Room. DJ Roy Kerr is known for his talent of splicing together existing tracks to create new sounds. Sir Paul commissioned him to remix some of his tunes to play during the warm-up to his shows, granting him access to his entire back catalog. According to in "insider" on the project, "'Paul just loves the mixes Roy has done and wanted to release them." The result is the Twin Freaks album (named after Sir Paul's 1990 painting of the same title) composed of 12 tracks including "Maybe I'm Amazed" and Flaming Pie's "Really Love You".According to Mr. Kerr:
"There is such an amazing album to be made of some of Paul's unknown tracks ... the young audience would lap up now".
Really Love You will be released as a single on June 6. A Twin Freaks album is due to be released later this year.
