Sir Paul's amorous rams are causing trouble for his neighbor, Hector Duncan. Sir Paul keeps more than 30 rams on his High Park Farm in Kintyre, Scotland. Some of them are quite elderly since Sir Paul can't bear to have them slaughtered. According to one of the locals:
"Sir Paul's rams have been getting out quite regularly and going after Hector's females. He has told locals his sheep keep getting molested by the Beatle's sheep. Some of them are quite old with curly horns. They're getting on a bit but there is obviously life in the old rams yet."
Mr. Duncan found it necessary to keep round-the-clock vigils to protect his flock of 500 ewes until he was able to find the McCartney rams' escape route. Mr. Duncan says, "It's all sorted. It was a gap in the fence. I've patched it up."
