In her article for the Canadian National Post, Lianne George shared some of her impressions of Sir Paul's Toronto concert. According to Ms. George perhaps the most notable thing about Sir Paul is that " for an aging rocker, he looks gloriously and refreshingly ordinary. Dressed in a black blazer, red T-shirt and blue jeans, McCartney looks comfortable, like he knows whose (somewhat jowly) skin he inhabits. And even though he's probably the same age as every member of his band combined, it seems he couldn't care less." She also notes his incredible stamina and quotes Sir Paul as saying, "I come off every night thinking I could do another hour."
Ms. George relates that Sir Paul added a special entry to his Toronto play list. For his second encore, two and a half hours after he made his first appearance on stage, Sir Paul was joined by a Scottish pipe band in full regalia to accompany him on Mull of Kintyre. According to Ms. George, the ovation went on and on.
