In a pre-Super Bowl press conference, Sir Paul spoke to reporters in New Orleans via satellite from New York city. From a large TV monitor, he told the media that it would be great to see the New England Patriots win the Super Bowl on Sunday? Why? Because he has a fondness for underdogs, and:"I hear the Patriots have got the kind of team where there's not a lot of star players. But I'm not really rooting for either. I was born in England and I also did an album called Ram, so I'm hedging my bets."Sir Paul also told the media that his anthem, Freedom, was written two days after the terrorist attack and was inspired by the of feelings he shares with many people: "Don't mess with our freedom."
